Simon Causer  recommends Yeovil Whirlwinds Baseball Club.

Having come in with absolutely no baseball experience other than watching a NY Mets game while in America, I certainly caught the baseball bug after I turned up for the first training session. .

The best part for me was how supportive the more experienced players were/are, they always strive to help and have always made me feel welcome from that first session.

I really felt like part of the team, especially when I finally made my first outfield catch in a game and the whole team cheered for me.

If you want to try baseball The Whirlwinds is the place to come
